We offer a full refund under the following conditions:

You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge.
The product was not functioning as described and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
You were charged in error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount).

AI Token Top-Ups are non-refundable once purchased, as tokens are immediately credited to your account.
Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods after 14 days from the first paid charge.
